When purchasing a product with AVP Kicks, you agree that:

1st You are responsible for reading the complete description of the product before committing to purchase it.

2nd You accept a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to purchase a product and complete the checkout payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are displayed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the products displayed at any time and correct pricing errors that may occur.

3 - Prices

AVP Kicks reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, however, it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order. AVP Kicks also reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock outages or computer errors on the website. The order value will be refunded using the same payment method or the customer will be given the option of exchanging it for another product with the same, higher (customer pays the remaining difference) or lower (remaining difference will be refunded) value. AVP Kicks reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offers presented on the website regarding products, promotions, commercial conditions and services. Sales prices on the website are exclusive and in Euros, with taxes and fees included.

4 - Disputes and Responsibilities

AVP Kicks is not responsible for delays and/or non-compliance due to force majeure, namely disturbance of public order, total or partial strike, events that result in the absence of operation or poor functioning (including delays) of postal services and means of transport or communications, flood, fire, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, war, pandemic. AVP Kicks is not responsible for any indirect damage, namely loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the website, nor is it responsible for any loss of profit or damages arising in relation to any purchase made on the website and which, for any reason, cannot be delivered in accordance with what was ordered. The website is exclusively aimed at the end consumer and not at professionals.

5 - Exchanges

All sales are final, for this reason only exchanges are accepted, which are carried out within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that products must be new, never used or tried on and complete as received and must be delivered in original condition. It is reiterated that this right of exchange can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (original labels, packaging, accessories, manuals) and in perfect condition. Please note that products returned incomplete, damaged, tried on and/or used will not be accepted. Products must be sent in the original packaging in good condition, inside a shipping cardboard box. The value of shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded as they are expenses outside the scope of the service contracted from AVP Kicks. Any package received without sender identification or sent for collection will not be accepted.

6 - Precision of materials

The materials displayed on AVP Kicks' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AVP Kicks does not guarantee that any materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. AVP Kicks may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

7 - Availability

AVP Kicks is committed to respecting the deadlines for an order as long as stock is available. If any product ordered is not available in stock or on order, AVP Kicks will contact the customer by email or telephone within an estimated period of 48 hours from the date of order, in order to inform the new deadline. delivery of the product or request that it be changed to a similar one. AVP Kicks undertakes to respect the deadline for a product to be ordered, a period stipulated between 3-15 working days counting from the day following the order being placed. Except in cases of force majeure, AVP Kicks undertakes to ship the order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counting from the day following the order being placed. Due to technical and/or circumstantial issues, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented on the website for sale and the quantities in stock or on order. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. Currently, the website only accepts orders for deliveries within the European Union.
