• Are the products original?
  • Yes, all of our products are new , never used and 100% original / authentic , they go through a detailed authenticity process.

• What areas do you ship to?
• We ship to mainland Portugal, islands and the European Union.

• What are the shipping costs?
  • Portugal: Free on all orders.
  • Europe: From €15 but depends on the country, check the value at checkout.

• How long does it take to receive my order?
• There are two possibilities:
  
  Products in stock – 1 to 2 business days to arrive at the address.
  
  Made-to-order products – 3 to 7 working days to arrive at your address.

• What payment methods are accepted?
  • Accepted payment methods are:
    
    Visa and MasterCard credit cards
    Paypal
    MB Way
    Bank transfer
    Cash on hand (on hand delivery)
    Shipping on collection (payment upon delivery)

• What size should I choose?
  • You can find out more about the ideal size that is available in our Size Guide in the details of each product . If you still have questions, send a message to our Instagram page or contact us .

• What does size or made-to-order product mean?
  • We have a large number of products available in stock, but due to the number of orders, we may sometimes be unable to keep the size stock up to date. Depending on availability, we can order it, the only difference is that it takes 3 to 7 working days.

• If you are not at home when the delivery is made, what happens?
  • If you are not at the address you defined for your delivery, the CTT carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox, the order will be available at the CTT post closest to your address, you will receive an SMS when you can pick it up, within 5 working days.
